4) Format HDD

If the HDD has been used in the DVR, please backup all the recorded files on another storage media before formatting

HDD.

Please stop recording at the beginning of HDD formatting, and follow the prompts to operate.

5) Lock Screen

Please enter <Tool Bar>→<System>→<Save Setting>→<Log Out>, the preview screen will appear together with the

log-in box. Please type in password to log out.

6) Restore to factory defaults

Please Enter <Tool Bar>→<System>→<Save Setting>→<Restore Defaults>, a confirmation window will pop up, click

〖Confirm〗to start restoring the system.

Note2:Thesystemlanguage,time,cameraP/Nsystem,andnetworksettings(IPaddress,subnetmask,gateway ,HTTP

port)will notberecoveredbyrestoringtofactorydefaults.

be operated via client software over Internet.
